This role will focus on both quantity and quality of content which will be planned and scheduled on Fanpage/Website/Mobile App,... to drive reach, engagement, traffic, sales volumes on mobile apps & websites.
Fucntion 1. Social Media
Have experience in content marketing to increase brand awareness and sales such as social media, inbound marketing on Fanpage, Website / Mobile App / PR &Article
Writing multiple content for campaigns to increase daily users / reach, sales via content tactics, and activities.
Analyze insight, and data to find out keypoint that help to improve campaign performance through content activities.
Managing content calendars and ensuring timely publication of material.
Monitoring content trends and staying up-to-date with advancements in content technology and platforms.
Function 2. Comnunication:
Build and develop a community that adapts customer insight at GO! App via Facebook Group, Youtube, Tiktok,...
Collaborating with design, digital, and other departments to produce high-quality content.
Function 3. Reporting:
Keep track of all customer insight, customer behavior, and content activities.
Tracking content performance using analytics tools and reporting findings.
Other tasks:
Sourcing and managing agencies relating to content marketing such as (Video, Banner, and Brief......)
Processing administration tasks relating to Content Marketing (Contracts, Payment...)
Have experience with Content/CMS tools are Fanpage Tools / WordPress / Website Admin,...

Education: BA in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related majors
Seniority: At least 02 - 03 years of experience in Social Media/Content Marketing/Communication field.
Language: English
Office skills: Microsoft office in advance (Excel)
Attitude: Test and learn spirit. Empowered. Need to be passionate by the mission, adaptability, cooperation effectively with change.
