Digital Learning Specialist (Biên Hòa - Đồng Nai)

1. ROLE PURPOSE
The Digital Learning Specialist is responsible for end-to-end digital learning content development and working with stakeholders to ensure content quality and alignment with learning objectives. The role also supports in-house training delivery, including onboarding, soft skills, and other L&D programs when required.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Course development, Engagement and LMS Management (60%)
• Design and update learning content including videos, interactive slides, infographics using authorized tools.
• Ensure digital learning courses are clear, learner-friendly, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Ensuring consistency in course design/quality, animation, and learning experience.
• Support initiatives to drive digital learning adoption, engagement, and course completion rates.
• Troubleshoot LMS issues and ensure smooth learner experience.
B. Training (20%)
• Support in-house training delivery (webinars, workshops, in-person training) including preparation, coordination, and facilitation when needed.
• Collect feedback and assist evaluating training effectiveness
C. Stakeholder Collaboration (10%)
• Work with internal stakeholders to collect, review, update, and validate training content.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth course development and implementation.
