YOUR JOBS:
30% - Digital Strategy Planning
- Identify trends and insights, utilize analytical tools to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through
digital marketing.
- Develop and execute multi-channels and comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads
40% Optimization
- Manage all digital marketing channels organic & paid, commerce (including but not limited to website, social media, email marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads and more) to ensure brand consistency.
- Optimize content, user experience and performance on the digital spaces based on the insights and key learnings from testing campaigns or given data sources.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Find, leverage and enrich the brand's current data resource.
40% Management & Report
- Creating roadmaps, laying down clear action plans, and managing the day-to-day execution of those plans by coordinating between teams.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage digital budget and ensure all digital initiatives are delivered within budget and timelines.
- Work to achieve goals set by management and work to (over) achieve these goals
- Over 3 years experience in operating paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid performance networks.
- Over 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce and partner e-commerce like Shopee, Lazada, Tiki
- Over 3 year experience with Analytics tool such as Google Analytics and tracking systems such as Google Tag Manager and Google Ads/Facebook's tracking codes
- Business Level English (all skills)
- Great communication skills, driven and proactive personality
