Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to generate leads via social media, PPC campaigns, SEO, and other potential platforms.
• Create attractive offers to capture the interest of potential customers.
• Analyze, optimize website performance with Website Development Department to increase conversions and improve user experience.
• Work closely with Marketing Executive and Designers to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of all lead generation activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct market research in needed to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
• Understand and map out customer journeys to enhance lead nurturing and conversion processes.

Requirements and Skills:
• At least 3 years of experience working in a marketing or lead generation agency.
• Previous experience working with B2C or B2B social media ad campaigns, pay-per-click online advertising, including Google AdWords, email marketing campaigns, and SEO optimization.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools, PPC platforms, SEO best practices, and social media marketing.
• Experience in hospitality industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and work collaboratively with a cross-functional team.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create compelling and engaging marketing offers.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new tools, platforms, and methodologies in the fast-evolving marketing landscape.
• At least a bachelor's degree in a subject or field relevant to Business Strategy or Marketing/Digital Marketing.
