Actively participate in marketing brainstorm and implement digital strategies focus on user acquisition, retention and conversion optimization
Manage and optimize online advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads,..
Utilize A/B testing, multi-channel attribution, and other analytical tools to refine marketing strategies and maximize performance across all digital platforms.
Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, provide periodic and campaign-based reports
Work closely with creative, content teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
Keep up date with market trends, understand customer insights, and propose ideas for creative digital marketing campaigns

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
Have experience working at a technology company is a plus
Proficiency Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics,...
Knowledge of SEO/SEM
Strong ability to interpret data and performance metrics and turn them into actionable strategies.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to optimize performance.
3 - 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
