Mô tả công việc
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, mobile marketing and display advertising campaigns based on marketing strategies (create short-term & long-term plans, ex: promotions, gifts, PR programs...). Cooperate channel and assist with strategic social media planning.
- Prepare, propose marketing budget for each campaigns (or by period). Take responsibility within the assigned budget.
- Manage the company's image, brand,.. on social according to prescribed standards.
- Regularly update customer feedback on hotel service quality through OTA and TA agents and work with team/departments to make appropriate adjustments.
- Manage customer data and implement customer care programs
- Manage and report customer data, sales closing rate to adjust marketing activities effectively.
- Lead the integrated social media and digital marketing strategy from concept to execution for Resort.
- Work closely with each members in marketing team to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence in English and Vietnamese
- Measure and report the performance of all marketing campaigns digital and measure against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Devise growth strategies fresh and innovative
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Leverage powerful analytics to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints with customers

Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, or related fields.
- At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email, SEO/SEM and other online advertising platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams.
- Friendly, outgoing, positive and passion for the hospitality industry.
- At least 2 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email, SEO/SEM and other online advertising platforms.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments and teams.
- Friendly, outgoing, positive and passion for the hospitality industry.
