We're looking for a Digital Marketing/Growth Hacker Marketing with a strong growth mindset, deep understanding of user behavior, and a passion for data. In this role, you'll develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase user acquisition, retention, and conversion rates for our mobile app.
Identify key trends and tools in performance marketing and social media marketing in order to develop effective digital approaches.

Work with
designers to produce marketing materials such as app's screenshots, icon, banner and preview video.
Plan, launch, and optimize SEM campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Apple Search Ads) to boost reach and brand performance.
Monitor ROI, ROAS, CPI and other key metrics to ensure campaign efficiency.
Conduct App Store Optimization by continuous storefront testing.
Analyze data about user behavior and app performance to propose improvements on products, monetization and user experience.
Run A/B Testing to optimize user acquisition, monetization, and user experience.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, app store optimization, mobile marketing, or growth marketing
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, app tracking, and data analysis Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively and concisely
Experience and success in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media and paid advertising
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time and within budget
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience with Agile methodology and Growth Hacking frameworks is a plus
