The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for MALA PANDA. This role will lead digital marketing initiatives across social media, performance marketing, content, and local customer acquisition, while working closely with the management and operations teams to build a strong and scalable restaurant brand in Vietnam.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with MALA PANDA's business and growth objectives
Lead digital marketing activities across Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other relevant digital channels
Develop strategies to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, store traffic, and sales
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns based on business objectives and customer insights
Work closely with the Operations and Store teams to align marketing campaigns with promotions, events, and business priorities
Develop and manage content strategies that communicate MALA PANDA's Sichuan-style Malatang experience, products, and brand identity
Analyze campaign, customer, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing performance
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels and campaigns
Monitor key performance metrics including reach, engagement, traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, ROAS/ROI, and revenue
Lead and coordinate external agencies, KOL/KOC, creators, and other marketing partners when required
Prepare regular marketing performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management
Build and develop the digital marketing function as the brand expands its presence in Vietnam
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, E-commerce, F&B, or a related field
Proven experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies with measurable business results
Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and digital marketing analytics
Experience in F&B, restaurant, retail, consumer brands, or local customer acquisition is preferred
Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to translate marketing data into business actions
Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and digital analytics/reporting tools
Strong communication, organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
Leadership experience and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment
Passion for building brands, creating customer experiences, and driving business growth
