Mô tả công việc
Building an overall Digital Marketing strategy.
Develop and implement a Digital Marketing plan by month, quarter, and year (both online and offline), including:
Performance Ads (Facebook ads, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads...), and Digital Automation. Performance-related tasks take up about 60% of the workload.
Implement communication campaigns, brand building, and integrated communication campaigns in the Digital environment.
Conduct market research (customers, industry, competitors, etc.), develop key messages and competitive advantages, and then quickly adjust and respond based on each stage of the market.
Continuously measure, analyze, report, and optimize digital marketing activities.
Research customers, identify customer needs, insights, goals, and pain points, and then develop appropriate content and approach.
Implement SEO activities to maintain and grow in terms of industry traffic and total traffic.
Other breakthrough activities that you believe can create breakthroughs.
Other related tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
Build, develop, and update customer personas and customer journeys, and measure and optimize touchpoints.
Establish and maintain connections with partners

Yêu cầu
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years of experience at a management-equivalent level.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in brand management, communications, and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communication) campaigns.
Has operated a Performance Ads system with a minimum budget of 2 billion VND per month.
Proficient in Facebook Ads, and Google Ads, and has knowledge of SEO.
Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and planning skills (experience in project management is preferred).
Passionate, enthusiastic, and self-motivated to continuously learn and develop.
Leadership and team development skills.
Customer-centric mindset and dedication to serving clients.
Creative, innovative, growth mindset, and adaptable.
Willing to conquer all limits to achieve breakthrough success.
Test requirement
