• Lead and manage the
Digital Marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO/SEM/GEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and online advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize ROI.
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Manage and control the digital marketing budget effectively.
• Plan and implement Email Marketing, SEM, SEO, GEO activities, and social media content.
• Create content ideas and collaborate on the development of microsites, webinars, forums, and landing pages.
• Oversee the performance and content strategy of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tripadvisor, etc.).
• Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and maximize sales performance.
• College/University degree in Marketing or Information Technology.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar digital
marketing leadership role.
• Strong expertise in digital tools and platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Instagram, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles, website architecture, and on-page optimization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Experience with web and landing page design is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
• Apply AI tools in working
