Cho Tot Marketing team is a full-stack team that can deliver strategic planning, creative development to media, and event execution. We work closely with other business teams to achieve business goals through innovative brand actions and communication campaigns. When you will be a part of the Marketing team, you will have a chance to:
- Work with our experienced marketers who have a background in top agencies in Vietnam and across functions of MarCom and MarTech as branding, digital, growth, and commercial.
- Join all steps of an Marketing campaign and work in a full-stack agency, including finding the strategic communications, building a big idea, developing the media strategy, and optimizing & monitoring the effectiveness of each media channel.
- Even more, we are together to create creative works & deliver modern marketing strategies to be recognized at reputable awards such as MMA Smarties, BSI Awards, ...
We are looking for a user-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to join us in order to maximize the user's success for Property & Job while also strengthening our user growth vision.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of digital marketing channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok ads as well as on-off channels when needed to drive performance campaigns.
- Develop digital strategy, digital plan and execute to acquire private demand (buyers) and maximize users' success on the platform across verticals.
- Work closely with the business team to deliver campaign's target which align with verticals's business goals. Work with the tech/product team when needed to ensure correct tagging of custom events to track accurately on digital channels.
- Actively suggest and conduct A/B testing to improve campaigns performance.
- Conduct weekly reports and monthly analysis as well as evaluate the channels performance, make recommendations, monitor results closely.
- Explore new channels/optimisation tools to drive particular performance.
- Take on new ad-hoc projects when requested by your team lead/head of department.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Digital marketing. Have familiarity in advertising platforms such as Google Ads (search ads, dynamic search ads, shopping ads, GDN), Facebook Ads (as catalog ads, conversion ads), Tiktok ads (ex dynamic product ads), others app install advertising platforms, etc.
- Also experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Mobile Measurement Platform (eg Branch, Appsflyer). This role is encouraged to get a certificate in Google Ads Fundamentals, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager.
- Strong data analysis and visualization skills (Excel/Spreadsheet, Google Data Studio). Knowing the basics of SQL, Bigquery is a plus.
