1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to grow organic search traffic and rankings.
- Create & Optimize website performance, content, blog articles, case studies and landing pages for search visibility and user intent.
Conduct keyword research, competitive benchmarking, and technical SEO audits.
- Collaborate with
content creators and the marketing team to implement on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, - - ---- Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Stay updated on SEO, GEO and AI Search developments, and search engine algorithm updates.
- Build and execute lead generation campaigns and programs, working closely with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
2. Paid Ads Campaigns (Performance Marketing):
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel paid marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Paid Ads Management: Manage the performance of paid channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn), optimizing for ROI and efficient budget use.
- Performance Analytics: Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs, generate insights, and deliver regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and Business Units teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
- Market Research: Analyze audience behavior, competitor performance, and industry trends to inform strategy and uncover new growth opportunities.
Manage month newsletter for lead generations and network growth.
3. Other tasks assigned:
- Prepare and submit yearly budget-related files and quarterly marketing reporting.
- Assist other tasks from line manager.
- Strong in English communication & writing, knowing French is a plus.
- 3-4+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
- 3+ years of experience optimizing content for B2B consulting
- Strong expertise in keyword research, link-building strategies, and technical SEO.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Moz, Yoast, Google Analysis, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of website content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with technical products
- Independent, mature and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Detail orientated, organized & capable of handling workload through timely response.
