As our Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads), you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing campaigns, maximizing return on ad spend, and driving customer acquisition and retention. We're seeking someone with a strong background in performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving significant growth and driving results.
WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies on platform to acquire customers and boost customer lifetime value.
- Plan, set up, and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns effectively.
- Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of Facebook advertising trends, best practices, and changes in the ecosystem, so we can stay ahead of the curve.
- Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize return on investment.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges, and identifying optimization opportunities.
Yêu cầu
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on Facebook advertising.
- Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
- In-depth knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or with direct-to-consumer brands is a plus.
