Mô tả công việc

Digital Platforms Development & Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital platform strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
Develop and manage content strategies for digital platforms, ensuring content is relevant, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Zalo, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and additional relevant channels.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics software.
Content Creation:
Plan and execute web, SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn), and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build, and maintain the company's social media presence.
Create compelling and engaging content for the website, blog, and social media channels.
Data Analysis:
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Collaboration and Innovation:
Collaborate with internal teams to create cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies.
Provide creative ideas for content marketing and regularly update the website.

Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
Working knowledge of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and platforms like WordPress.
