- Collaborate with EAGS (East Asia and Global South Region) regional team, member affiliates, potential local partners, KOLs, and third-party entities to customize and localize digital content for various platforms (e.g Cogmate,...), making them pertinent and accessible to the Vietnamese demographic and introduce launched platforms among HCPs and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and encouraging platform use for patients & community benefit.
- Integrate any AD platform from HQ, for instance Cogmate, with other local cognitive tools or Alzheimer's platforms to maximize efficiency and effectiveness if applicable.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the platform's impact, aligning with HQ's directions and Eisai Vietnam's goals; and to strengthen partnerships with academic, professional, and healthcare organizations to expand the platform's reach and effectiveness.

2. Digital Strategies & Enhance hhc-ecosystem
- Develop and implement digital strategies to optimize omnichannel marketing, data-driven campaigns, and platform integrations, ensuring alignment with HQ's directions and EVN business modernization goals.
- Identify and evaluate new digital trends and technologies to improve business operations and patient engagement.
- Support the HR&IDS Head in building, maintaining, and enhancing the hhc-ecosystem through digital tools and collaborations, focusing on improving patient benefits and healthcare support in Vietnam.

3. Others
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Eisai Vietnam's product portfolio relevant to Alzheimer's and Dementia, Oncology and other relevant diseases.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and relevant stakeholders to enhance the platform's impact, aligning with HQ's directions and Eisai Vietnam's goals; and to strengthen partnerships with academic, professional, and healthcare organizations to expand the platform's reach and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Training team to lead any internal training focusing on

- A Degree in business management, marketing or digital marketing is essential. A degree in Pharmacy or Medicine is a plus.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical sector, preferably with exposure to Alzheimer's or Dementia-related roles.
- Proficiency in English and Vietnamese is required.
- Experience with digital tools and platforms specific to the Vietnamese market, such as local social media (e.g., Zalo, Facebook) with regulatory compliance knowledge is highly desirable.
- Adept in managing digital platforms, content localization, stakeholder engagement, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial.
- Profound understanding of Alzheimer's disease and dementia, and Oncology industries, including aspects of patient care, treatment options, and HCPs requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO/SEM software) and CRM systems relevant to pharmaceutical marketing.
