Role Summary
The Digital Risk Investigator is responsible for analyzing online threats and producing standardized, measurable digital risk intelligence outputs using proprietary systems made available by the parent company solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
All outputs are delivered to and consumed by the parent company outside Vietnam, and no part of the services is consumed within Vietnam. The role does not involve providing services directly to end customers.
- Monitor and analyze online environments, including websites, domains, social media platforms, and online marketplaces, to identify potential digital threats
- Identify and investigate phishing activity, impersonation, counterfeit listings, trademark misuse, and other forms of online abuse
- Validate and classify identified threats based on defined criteria and internal guidelines
- Collect and document supporting evidence, including URLs, screenshots, and relevant technical indicators
- Record investigation findings and case details within internal systems
- Produce structured, consistent, and measurable investigation outputs for each identified case
- Escalate validated cases through defined workflows for further handling and action by the parent company outside Vietnam
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of investigation outputs in line with established standards
- Maintain awareness of evolving online fraud patterns, infringement trends, and digital threat methodologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of investigation processes and data quality

- Working Hours: 13:00 - 22:00 (01 hour break)
- Training period: 06 weeks
