Mô tả công việc

1. Manage digital projects, including current and future development projects
• Brainstorm & propose new ideas to enhance digital tools and platforms to facilitate sales activities.
• Collaborate with vendors to brief, discuss, manage, and optimize digital projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Work closely with internal team and stakeholders (other Sections/Dealers) to ensure smooth project execution.
2. Manage MMV Website & Dealer website integration
• Generate creative ideas to enhance website performance and facilitate advertising activities.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to manage website content and visuals effectively.
• Provide support and guidance to Dealers on effectively utilizing website.
3. Collaborate internally & externally to develop and run PDCA cycle process for digital performance review
• Collaborate with relevant teams to gather, interpret, and report insights on the digital platform (MMV & Dealer Website, Call Center, etc.)
• Conduct regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) digital marketing performance reviews and action plan implementation accordingly.
4. Support CRM Sales & Lead management internally & externally
• Collaborate with vendors to manage and optimize the CRM system.
• Provide support to Dealers in their daily CRM operations.
• Enhance Dealer Lead Management through tool development, policy/guideline development, and training.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Education: Bachelor's degree majoring in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Experience: Experience in the Automotive field is preferred, along with prior experience in project management and digital tasks.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of Automotive Distributor and Dealer's Sales & Marketing operations, along with a basic understanding of digital marketing.
- Required skills:
• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)
• Effective presentation, interpersonal communication & negotiation skills
• Project management skills
- Other (if any):
• "Can-do" attitude and proactive mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a part of the team.
• Good knowledge of SQL, database and data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau,...) is preferable
