- Overseeing the day-to-day performance of our luxury hotel. The role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and strong financial results across Operation departments, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Guest activities and Spa.
- Providing strategic leadership, drive service standards in line with 5-star expectations, optimize efficiency and profitability, and mentor department heads to achieve business goals. This position works closely with the General Manager to implement brand standards, quality initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.
- Planning mid-term and long-term strategies for operations based on market trend analysis
- Make sure to bring highest guest experiences by maintaining high standards
- Managing Revenue Goals and Profitability by monitoring hotel operations sales performance against budget and making and executing the necessary decisions to keep property moving forward toward achievement of goals
- Managing and conducting Human Resources Activities such as conducting training, coaching, mentoring and designing manning plan for relevant departments.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor in Hospitality/ Hotel/ Restaurant Management or relevant major
- At least 2 years of experiences in similar positions in 5-star hotels
