I. ROLE PURPOSE
• Lead national expansion, negotiation, and management of the company's media channels (elevators, supermarkets, airports, office buildings, etc.).
• Ensure effective execution of medium- and long-term development strategies, while strengthening the operational and managerial capabilities of the Media Development Department to support sustainable business growth.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead nationwide property acquisition strategies to expand Chicilon's DOOH media network.
• Negotiate and secure long-term partnerships with property owners,
developers, airports, malls, supermarkets, and building management.
• Develop and execute medium-long-term expansion plans for media asset installation.
• Oversee the Media Property Development team, including resourcing, capability building, and performance management.
• Establish efficient operational processes for contract management, installation, and property compliance.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Technical and Operations teams.
• Manage key stakeholder relationships and represent the company in meetings with partners and authorities.
• Resolve property-related issues, risks or disputes to ensure smooth operations and contract continuity.
• Build a strong succession pipeline and develop core talent within the department.
III. REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Business, Marketing, Law, Real Estate, or related fields.
• 8+ years of senior management experience in property development, market expansion, OOH media, retail expansion, or strategic partnerships.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in
business development, site acquisition, or partner management.
• Strong network with real estate developers, building owners, retail chains, or facility management partners.
• Proven success in negotiating large-scale property or partnership contracts.
• Strategic thinker with strong planning and analytical skills.
• Exceptional leadership capability with experience managing large or multi-location teams.
• Strong multicultural communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English
• Able to make fast, accurate decisions in dynamic environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to represent the company with government entities.
