JOB SUMMARY
Develop and execute business strategies for the Ho Chi Minh City and Southern region to achieve revenue targets and enhance the Ambassador Cruise brand in the Southern market.
Manage, supervise, and develop the sales team, ensuring high performance and target achievement.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop and implement sales strategies:
Create short-term and long-term sales plans tailored to the assigned region and aligned with company goals.
Expand distribution channels, particularly travel agencies, event organizers, and corporate clients.
Identify and grow new customer segments, focusing on high-end clients.
2. Revenue and market share management:
Ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded, optimizing cruise occupancy rates.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments to make strategic recommendations.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales activities in the assigned region.
3. Sales team management and development:
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Foster a positive and professional work environment to encourage team success.
Set goals, evaluate performance, and reward staff based on achievements.
4. Collaboration and communication:
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and other departments to ensure service quality and campaign success.
Represent the brand at conferences, exhibitions, and promotional events in the Southern market.
5. Reporting and strategy recommendations:
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market conditions in the assigned region.
Propose innovative strategies and solutions to enhance business effectiveness.

Yêu cầu
1. Experience and expertise:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism, cruise, hospitality, or luxury travel sector.
Extensive knowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City and Southern market.
Preference for candidates with experience working with international clients and major partners.
2. Skills and abilities:
Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build solid relationships with partners.
Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
3. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the tourism, cruise, hospitality, or luxury travel sector.
Extensive knowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City and Southern market.
Preference for candidates with experience working with international clients and major partners.
