Job Description
•Lead the sourcing and deployment of Procurement solutions for Vietnam
•Deliver measurable value through strategic sourcing and supplier performance management
•Ensure that Accor's Procurement solutions are built in agreement with owner, Customer, VPOs and stakeholder requirements
•Setup procurement for long term success by showcasing strong commercial value early in the owners/operations relationship
•Provide day-to-day procurement support to hotel
purchasing and finance teams, sharing category expertise and monitoring competitor GPO trends to elevate internal and external satisfaction.
•Translate unique hotel Brand DNAs into bespoke sourcing strategies for new builds and renovations, collaborating with internal communities to deliver tailored FF&E and OS&E solutions.
•Drive operational excellence by proposing streamlined workflows and coordinating with IT, operations, and suppliers to deploy digital "procure-to-pay" and onboarding solutions
Qualifications
•Bachelor's or Diploma in Hospitality Management
•Strong English & Vietnamese language ability both spoken and written
•7+ years in relevant construction, hotel opening or design roles
•Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred
•Excellent capacity for client management
•Exceptional influencing and negotiations skills
•Empathetic, business savvy and operationally aware
•Strong
project managers with high degree of attention to details
Additional Information
This position will be based in Accor Bangkok Office.
