Mô tả công việc
1. To implement DMS project's operation and management
- Focal point to solve daily issue from DMS system. Along with IT and third parties to investigate for root causes and find solutions for system issues.
- Manage Distributor information on DMS (open, close Distributors account, stock transfers)
- Manage DSR information on DMS (open, close, route assign)
- Partner with Sales & MKT dept to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards.
- Training, guidelines for field sales on implementing DMS and SFA daily.
- Managing and maintaining sales data in DMS and other software programs
- Call center to Support the sales team & Distributors using DMS with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
- Setting up promotion, display program, trade activity on DMS
- POSM/ Gift/ Selling tools allocation, transportation & follow on DMS (if applicable)
- Review/evaluate DMS and SFA usage and recommendations actions to improve.
- SFA effective using report.
2. To analyse the effectiveness of the channel network and propose the improvement plan and make report of distributor's performance
- Propose approaches to optimize routes by creating balanced routes based on the number of customers, visit per day, and route completion time to improve sales productivity.
- Analyze the distribution map to exploit and explore the opportunity and potentiality of the market.
- Provide ongoing training for the salesforce team on data gathering, route reading, KPIs and template tracking to ensure performance of distributors/ outlets in his territory.
- Follow up, coordinate with field sales to implement RTM activities.
- Managing customer data/ customer profile
- On-field checking randomly, the existence of the stores, promotion programs.
3. Support building training annual agenda based on competency's gap assessment
- Prepare process for sales competence's assessment. Record and save the database.
- Prepare training materials/ logistic for the trainings
4. Participate in corporate projects
- Willingness to take ownership of projects assigned by the company

• Strong skills in using Excel and data analysis, master PowerBI is a plus
• Technical/functional skills (business process mapping, DMS roll-out, sales and DA operation, DMS operation management)
• Knowledge of FMCG sales operation, Knowledge of DA operation
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
• University graduate, preferably in Business administration, IT or closely related field
• Good communication in English both oral and writing
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• At least 2 years in sales experiences, preferably in FMCG or lubricants
• Have experience in distributor management is a plus
• Experience in DMS management or supervisory role in Consumer Goods industry (Both DMS roll-out and DMS operation)

• Good IT skills
• Training / coaching skills
• Good communication skills
• Willing to travel and work extended hours
