Mô tả công việc
- Checking and issuing all related docs for outbound/inbound shipments
- Prepare Bill of Lading, Airway Bill of Lading, EDO, Arrival Notice, Debit Note to customers/oversea agents, filling AMS/ACI/AFR for USA, Canada, Japan shipments.
- Sending shipping Instruction / VGM to carriers, the pre-advice and shipping invoice to customers / overseas.
- Working with accounting department to arrange timely payments.
- Input all shipping information, cost & selling rate in system timely.
- Track & tracking cargo and inform timely to customer if any change.
- Develop and maintain relationship with customer / carriers / overseas agents
- Solve problems with Airlines, Carriers, Overseas Agents, and Customers.
- Report to management in the form of daily updates and proper accurate weekly/monthly reports.
- Doing other works if required
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in economics or related fields.
-Candidates from 24 years old to 35 years old have at least 1 year working at a forwarding - Logistics company. We currently do not accept inexperienced candidates. Priority person who has handled export shipments, especially for USA export sea freight.
- Good command of English
- Knowledge & good skills in FAST PRO Software
- Good skills in computers & Microsoft Office.
- Well organized and detailed, able to work under high pressure.
- Have strong organizational, grammar and good working attitude
- Priority person who is good at control goods to America & used FAST PRO software systems
- Salary: negotiable
