* Daily operation - Follow up plan and coordinate to related department to utilize resources to finish all operation plan. - Monitor daily operation for inbound, outbound, inventory, productivity to meet all operation KPI that customers require, and company and department target. - Monitor, instruct / training for employees in daily operation to be comply with SOP / working instruction, job standard. - Report, monitor and resolve issue on physical operation and system. * Project developing - Joining new project to set up operation process, standardize procedure, work instruction for operation. - Propose and deploy improvement theme to improve operation efficiency. - Review and propose solution to improve non confirmative issue. * Manpower managing - Update training content, provide initial training, and periodical training for operator of inbound, outbound operation. - Mornitor operator, DC staff 's operation to be comply with work instruction, job standard. - Update work instruction and working process to match new requirement from customer, or changing in company operation. * End results - Meet customer KPI and Department KPI - Meet business target * Accountabilities - Accountabilities as assigned
