Organize and operate the Documentation for Doc Center to achieve the company's growth goals
Leading and managing team members, guidance in all matters relating to Documentation & Operation
Coordinates with oversea colleague's export team, support activities with regard to Documentation such as tracking of documents movement, submission, checking the final completion of all documentation.... and related duties
Training employees to develop their ability
Develop & maintain SOP (Standard operating procedure)
Manage all daily reports and assign weekly team's duties
Evaluate KPI of team members
Following & submission monthly report to Managing Director
Other works assigned by Managing Director
