About the job
This job holder will be responsible for create and maintain accurate master data in terms of Material Master, BOM and routing, prepare Pre-Costing, COGS and ConsCOGS calculation, submit all master data and Costing relevant information to all involved parties and requestors within a defined timeline.
Create and maintain master data for new and existing SKUs and special projects with high accuracy to ensure a smooth product development and mass production process.
Calculate product cost for new and existing SKUs and special projects with high accuracy as well as within the defined timeline.
Follow-up and revise master data and cost calculation during the product development process in alignment with the changing requirements from product development team.
Cooperate with all involved departments on technique and design changes (4M changes) to gather all necessary information to achieve high master data and product costing accuracy for existing SKUs running in mass production.
Establish a profound know-how and sense for our products to be able to do cost comparisons and sense checks.
Regularly review and update the costing manual.
Maintain master data and Calculate product cost until transfer price communication.
Get understanding of the product cost structure and apply changes based on production process changes.
High accuracy and correctness in material master data, BOM, Routing creation/changes mandatory.
Cooperate with PDJ marketing team, Product Development, Industrial Engineering, production and controlling to receive most accurate information for the standard price calculation in order to provide competitive COGS within the production Network and for Swarovski.
REQUIREMENTS
About you

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related major
No experience needed
Proficient English communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills especially MS Excel for analytics, frequent use formulas and charts
Attention to detail, high accuracy dealing with data and reports
Willing to learn and agile adaptability with fast-pace and changing environment
