I. JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Management (30%):
Responsible for developing Digital Marketing strategies, project costs, and delivering persuasive presentations to clients, coordinating with the Planning department in preparation tasks including receiving briefs, brainstorming, writing proposals, and presenting ideas to clients.
Responsible for collaborating with other departments during the project implementation to ensure projects proceed on schedule, achieve committed quality, and deliver the best results.
Responsible, along with the Line Manager, for handling project-related information and any emerging issues.
Client Management (30%):
Work with team leaders in planning to seek and develop new clients as well as strategize to maintain existing client relationships.
Team Management (30%):
Supervise and guide the Accounts team members effectively in the project execution process.
Establish training and development plans for each team member.
Miscellaneous Tasks (10%):
Perform unexpected tasks as required by the department head or the company.
II. REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Economics.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in the Digital Marketing or Advertising fields.
Knowledgeable in Branding/Marketing/Digital Marketing.
Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).
Able to handle high job pressure.
Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
