1. MAIN FUNCTIONALITIES OF THIS POSITION
Leading a team of Regulatory affair, New product development, Quality control and Quality assurance.
• Responsible for company registration for imported health supplement and cosmetics, including declaration, advertising license, and and all license relating to intellectual properties.
• Responsible for Quality control procedure
• In charge of New product development activities
- Be company representative as an technical Expert/consultant in External projects.
- Handle product-related complaints from distributors.
- Develop and provide training on product pharmacology and mechanisms of action for company employees and distributor sales teams.
- Lead specialty-related job categories (circulation document files, QA, QC, etc.) for assigned projects.
- Receive and summarize product complaints from distributors, regularly update issues related to product problems to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain and improve brand profit.
- Build brand equity.
- Collaborate for brand innovation.
- Implement brand communication, activation and related marketing activities
• Lead the development of marketing subordinates.
2. RESPONSIBILITIES
• To assist the development of new/existing products and markets.
• Track, manage brand profitability and marketing budgets.
• To plan, develop, and execute the overall marketing plans, programs for assigned brand within the overall company strategy.
• To build brand awareness and brand equity towards consumers perception.
• Work closely with/within departments such as designer, manufacturing and R&D to consult on package, POSM, and product as it relates to branding.
