POSITION : E&A Supervisor
REPORTING TO : Maintenance lead
1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Define, propose and monitor the plans and objectives of the Electrical and Automation team in accordance with plant yearly objectives.
• To ensure a constant power supply to all processes and utilities, to ensure reliability of power distribution and control systems, conduct preventative maintenance minimizing the process downtime.
• Troubleshooting issues related to Electrical/Automation to make sure the plant operation 24/7.
• Training for E&A technicians. Ensure that E&A technician in the factory master the processes and products.
• Defining and executing the maintenance plan of the Electrical/Automation equipment and instruments in accordance original design from Process and Utility equipment supplier
• Coordinate with Mechanical team to resolve any issues on daily basic.
• Ensure proper management of Electrical/Automation documents (manuals, diagrams, instrument data sheet, software packages/licenses) through efficient filing and archiving procedures.
• Ensures that team's technical competence, and behavioral level meets the requirements to achieve team's mission and objectives.
• Join the SHEcom meeting, maintain the plant GMPs.
