1. Ticket Arrangement:
- Organize and manage support tickets within the system.
- Ensure timely resolution and follow-up on open tickets.
- Collaborate with the support team to prioritize and address issues.
2. Documentation:
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of technical documentation.
- Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and stored appropriately.
- Support the team in creating user manuals, process documentation, and training materials.
3. Support Tasks:
- Provide administrative and technical support to the Application Manager.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to E-commerce & local applications.
- Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
4. General Support:
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the Technology Department's objectives.
