Job Summary
Accelerate online penetration by acquiring more online ASO and bringing offline ASO to online
Main contact point to collab with AFH and ASM at locations to develop online eatery/restaurants
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Operation:
Working closely with Campaign planning on scheme and merchant requirement
Cascade campaign information to the sales location team
Ensure seamless working process among Sales location, Food Delivery team during campaigns.
Reporting: collect data, and images,... to make weekly/monthly/campaign reports for post evaluation
ASO management
Data management:
Mapping ASO list on Food Aggregators with internal data
ASO classification and segmentation for better planning and development.
Merchant listing & combo tracking: coordinate in recruiting online outlets from Platforms, listing combo, and ensure all related visibility aired OTIF in the monthly campaign
Merchant management: match information & status for campaign preparation
Manage CRM tool to communicate with outlets
Hunting opportunities:
Identify new potential customers (hits list) and have a hunting plan well aligned with the line manager and AFH team.
Verify the source of new outlet from food app for hunting
Foster Food Delivery knowledge to sales team:
Build course content & do training to location team
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.
Skills And Experience
BA degree in business/economics.
Good understanding of FMCG business and experience with Ecommerce business, especially Food Delivery platforms is a plus
Familiar with Mirosoft Office (Mail, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with tracking and recording information
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
Sales capability, especially On-premise channel
Good communication, Persuasive and Negotiation
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
Be able to work under pressure and willing to travel
Growth mindset
