E-commerce executive
MVC is now operating house construction material/product E-commerce which is selling sanitary ware now and will expand to floor and wall materials and kitchen related products.
Main role of this position is (i)online-sales and (ii)onboarding support for suppliers & merchants on platform.
(i)Online-sales (50% of work)
Mission: Qualify potential customers and nurture them to be customers
• Qualify new potential customers coming from marketing activity
• Manage outsourcing company's tele-sales work
• Manage and set the CRM tool to nurture potential leads properly
• Approach and make proposals to qualified potential customers
• Close the deal with customers
(ii)Onboarding support for suppliers & merchants on platform (50% of work)
Mission: Enrich product diversity and its information throughout smooth onboarding of suppliers & merchants
• Prepare contract with suppliers & merchants
• Communicate with suppliers & merchants to acquire product information as well as to instruct product information entry to the platform.
• Manage outsourcing company's product information entry work
• Control quality of uploaded product information
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(i) Must-have requirements
• 3+ years working experience
• Ability to use English at work
• Good communication skill
• Ability to work independently, in groups, or in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Have a high sense of responsibility in the work.
(ii) Better-to-have requirements
• Ability to use Japanese at work
• Experience in working with stakeholders outside company

• Bonus: Tet bonus +Max. 2 months bonus subject to appraisal
