OBJECTIVE:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an E-commerce Executive to join our E-commerce team. To strengthen our business, we are looking for someone who will be responsible as described below.
• Reporting line: E-commerce Manager of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels (Vietnam) Ltd.
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, District 7
• Start date: Immediately is preferable.
• Salary: negotiable
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for E-commerce functions of ZWILLING Vietnam.
1. E-store operation (80%)
• Merchandising: Managing and optimizing product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, and product information on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
• Campaign Execution: Planning and executing promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing, design, and logistics.
• Collaboration: Working with KOL/KOC teams on commercial planning and managing livestream operations.
• Fulfillment: Overseeing order processing and inventory management, ensuring smooth operations with the warehouse and handling order complaints.
• Customer Experience: Resolving customer issues and ensuring high satisfaction.
2. Performance and Optimization (20%):
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring KPIs such as GMV, conversion rates, and traffic to analyze performance.
• Strategic Improvement: Providing recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes and overall performance.
