M.O.I e-commerce Manager Position oversees the brand's online sales, monitors online sell-in and sell-out excellence, and manages the e-retail team.

1. Inventory Strategy & Management:
• Lead inventory planning and allocation strategy across all e-commerce channels.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
• Forecast inventory demand for major campaigns (Mega Campaigns, Flash Sales, Livestream events).
• Monitor inventory performance including: Sell-through rate, Stock coverage, Days of inventory, Slow-moving SKUs.
• Develop strategies to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.
2. Campaign Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and oversee the annual and monthly campaign calendar across e-commerce platforms.
• Lead execution of major platform campaigns such as: Mega Campaigns, Flash Sales, Brand Day campaigns.
• Work closely with Marketing, Design, and Content teams to ensure campaign readiness, including: Promotional strategy, Landing pages, Campaign creatives.
• Evaluate campaign performance and continuously optimize sales strategies.
3. P&L Ownership & Commercial Strategy:
• Own the P&L performance of the e-commerce business.
• Monitor and manage key financial metrics including: GMV / Net revenue, Platform fees, Marketing and advertising costs, Promotion and discount expenses.
• Analyze product and campaign profitability.
• Develop pricing strategies, promotional mechanics, and product bundling to maximize profitability.
• Manage and optimize e-commerce investment and budget allocation.
4. E-commerce Operations Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of all marketplace stores, including: Product listing and merchandising, Pricing and promotion setup, Store layout optimization.
• Ensure all operations comply with platform policies and guidelines.
• Manage relationships with platform
account managers to secure traffic opportunities and platform support.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with: Customer Service, Logistics / Supply Chain, Marketing teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
5. Reporting, Data Analysis & Performance Tracking:
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including: GMV, Traffic, Conversion rate, Average order value, Campaign performance.
• Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews.
• Provide data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to improve performance.
• Identify growth opportunities across product assortment, traffic sources, and campaign strategies.
