1.Job Description
Project Management (60%)
Support assigned e-commerce and livestream projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Assist with pre-live planning, including project timelines, product coordination and campaign preparation.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, KOLs/KOCs/Celebrities, and external partners to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.
Track livestream and campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and provide insights for optimization.
Operations (40%)
Operate Shopee livestreams onsite and support livestream operations by coordinating product preparation, technical setup, and execution of livestream sales activities.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on these insights.
Assist the Marketing & E-commerce team with daily operational and administrative tasks related to e-commerce and livestream projects.
2.Job Requirements
Strong adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment with competing priorities.
Willing to work late hours and be onsite for long livestream sessions (12+ hours per session).
Good verbal and written communication skills to keep all stakeholders informed.
A "can-do" attitude, eager to learn.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability in every assigned task.
Interest in Influencer Marketing.
Strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Result-driven & problem-solving approach.
Very strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
Full-time intern.
