Responsible for the daily management and maintenance of the company's domestic and overseas e-commerce stores and platforms, including but not limited to product listings, store decoration, price adjustments, listing keyword optimization, etc.
Responsible for daily store design, promotional event planning, activity reporting, and price calculation.
Manage store advertising budget, develop advertising strategies, optimize ad placements, improve bid rankings, and analyze advertising data.
Track order processing progress, promptly resolve customer issues, ensure after-sales service quality, monitor product negative reviews, and optimize product exposure and weight.
Optimize front-end listings based on market demand and achieve sales growth through targeted advertising to create best-selling products.
Conduct research on competitor products, propose improvement suggestions, and manage clearance of slow-moving goods.
Perform effective analysis of store sales data to drive growth based on product and advertising insights.
Yêu cầu
Associate degree or higher, with strong English reading, writing, and speaking skills.
Experience in managing and operating brand stores in domestic platforms like Taobao or TikTok, or overseas platforms like TikTok, Shopee, with familiarity in operational rules and various promotional methods. Experience in content e-commerce is preferred.
Ability to independently handle tasks such as traffic generation, product testing, and advertising campaigns.
Proficient in basic Excel operations, with solid data analysis skills. Strong resilience, teamwork spirit, accountability, flexibility in working hours, and a strong sense of responsibility.
