- Website Review: Monitoring site functionality, suggesting the updates to dev team, and
ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Product & Content Strategy: Overseeing product listings, merchandising, and content accuracy.
- Optimization: Using data analytics to improve conversion rates (CRO) and increase sales.
- Operational Oversight: Managing inventory levels, order fulfillment, and customer service
standards.
- Marketing Integration: Aligning website content with
digital marketing campaigns and
promotional strategy
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify...) and
content management systems.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in E-commerce Operation positions, has strong passion in building
the E-Commerce team for the FCMG company.
- Experienced in running Ads Social, Digital, Media Performance in general
- Have skills in analyzing Sales, Promotion scheme, Price scheme on e-commerce platform
- Proactive working style and hard working
- Good analytic and Multitasks management skills
