The PMO Manager architects and leads the Social-Commerce project management function, bridging the gap between Commercial strategy and operational execution. This role ensures all initiatives-spanning Livestream, Affiliate, Influencer, and Media-are scalable, compliant, and high-performing.
Serving as the guardian of governance and operational excellence, the PMO Manager provides the portfolio visibility necessary to drive immediate campaign success and long-term organizational growth by mobilizing the right resources at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Governance & Frameworks:
- Architect standardized PMO methodologies and "stage gates" to ensure 100% compliance across Media, Livestream, and Affiliate workstreams.
- Streamline cross-functional workflows between functional teams to improve delivery quality and speed.
- Maintain high responsiveness to client needs, ensuring all project milestones are met while flexibly adapting to rapid timelines and shifting requirements.
- Guarantee 100% on-time progress through prompt stakeholder coordination and the ability to pivot quickly in response to fast-moving project changes.
B. Pitching & Strategic Planning
- Partner with Social Commerce service teams to scope opportunities & propose realistic timeline for proposals/briefs.
- Be able to understand project's brief and collab with functional teams to clarify and finalize JBTDs.
- Create pitch timelines and responsibility maps (RACI) to ensure all partners/ stakeholders are clear on deliverables and deadlines.
- Consolidate input/feedback into concise proposals, manage decision logs, and ensure all partners align on value and deadlines.
C. Operational Excellence & Execution:
- Maintain sustainable resource utilization and team elasticity, particularly during peak mega-campaign cycles across Ecommerce sites with functional teams.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign execution and monitoring with a focus on KPI-driven execution and operational efficiency.
- Leading launching/weekly/post-buy reports with full analytical insights and actionable implication to capture learnings for next steps.
- Send crisp, regular updates focusing on "Status → Risks → Decisions Needed" at daily/weekly/monthly... basis, and manage key stakeholders strictly follow ahead aligned implications/discussion with clients.
Yêu cầu
- Professional Experience: 6+ years in Project/Account Management, including 3+ years at management level at function or complex digital portfolios (E-commerce, Tech, or Agency experience preferred).
- Industry Knowledge: Hands-on exposure to livestream commerce, affiliate/influencer ecosystems, and paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace and PM tools (Asana/Jira/Smartsheet). Experience building dashboards (Data Studio/Looker/Power BI) is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent in Vietnamese; proficient in Business English.
