1. Channel Sales Growth & Performance Management (35%)
Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned channels
Develop and execute growth strategies covering assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility
Monitor business performance and implement timely corrective actions
Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margins, and overall channel efficiency
2. Channel Operations Management (25%)
Manage end-to-end channel operations to ensure smooth execution, including:
Product setup and listing
Purchase order (PO) and booking management
Promotion setup and performance tracking
Delivery coordination and inventory monitoring
Invoice reconciliation and AR follow-up
Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain service excellence and business continuity
3. Data Analysis & Reporting (15%)
Analyze sales, profitability, inventory, and promotional performance data
Build and maintain reports and dashboards for business tracking
Translate insights into actionable recommendations to support decision-making and growth
4. Partner & Stakeholder Management (15%)
Build and maintain strong relationships with ecommerce platforms and partners
Lead business reviews and performance discussions
Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure execution excellence
5. New
Business Development & Process Setup (10%)
Support onboarding and setup of new ecommerce partners and sales channels
Identify, evaluate, and develop new business growth opportunities
Contribute to process improvement initiatives for scalable operations and long-term growth
