1. Website and Product Management:
Assist in uploading, updating, and maintaining product listings on e-commerce platforms and the company website.
Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and images are displayed.
Support in setting up promotions, banners, and landing pages.
2. Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in creating and executing online advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads).
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Support the preparation of content for email marketing and social media posts.
3. Operational Coordination:
Assist in stock monitoring and coordination with the logistics team to ensure product availability.
Track and report issues related to website performance and customer experience.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
Compile sales, traffic, and customer behavior data for analysis.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on e-commerce performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with design and marketing teams to implement campaigns.
Work closely with the customer service team to address customer inquiries related to online sales.
