1. Job Overview:
Host and manage MUJI Vietnam's Livestream operations across multiple platforms (Facebook, Shopee, website,...), ensuring engaging content, strong sales performance, and brand visibility through effective hosting, content planning, video production and extend Youtube channel.
2. Scope of work and responsibilities:
a. Hosting Livestream Sessions
• Act as the on-screen host: introduce products, interact with viewers, answer questions, and push sales effectively during livestreams.
• Maintain high energy, positive communication, and engaging delivery style to maximize audience retention.
• Encourage immediate purchases with persuasive calls-to-action and real-time promotions.
b. Livestream Planning & Content Creation
• Plan and prepare diverse content/themes for each livestream session to attract and retain viewers.
• Create detailed scripts (product highlights, key selling points, interactive activities, mini games).
• Coordinate with others teams to align livestream content with monthly sales campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare product lists, promotional offers, and visual assets in advance for each livestream.
c. Video Production & Broadcasting
• Film and produce videos for product introductions, advertising clips, and highlights from livestreams.
• Edit videos (short-form and long-form) for publishing on multiple channels (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website).
• Design banners, thumbnails, and graphics for livestreams and video uploads
• Broadcast livestreams simultaneously across relevant platforms (multi-platform streaming).
d. Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track livestream KPIs: viewer count, engagement rate, sales conversion, and revenue.
• Analyze performance data to improve content planning, hosting style, and promotional strategy.
• Recommend adjustments to boost sales and audience reach.
e. Ad Hoc Tasks
• Support additional content marketing projects, video campaigns, or promotional events as assigned by the direct manager.
• Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
Yêu cầu
Ability, knowledge and skills required for work:
• Minimum 6 months of experience hosting livestreams, preferably in sales-oriented livestreams or as an MC/KOL.
• Strong skills in hosting, public speaking, and on-camera presentation.
• Strong knowledge of E-commerce livestreaming and content optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop,...) and video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere,...); basic skills in Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and adapt to market trends.
Experience:
• At least 6 months of livestream hosting experience, preferably in product sales or brand promotion.
• Hands-on experience in video production and multi-platform broadcasting.
• Proven track record in boosting sales through livestreams or online video campaigns.
• Experience in livestream operations and collaboration with KOLs/KOCs and any other follow market trend to gain sales and adapt market change.
