Mô tả công việc
Assist the general manager with daily tasks, including schedule arrangements, meeting organization, and tracking department progress.
Coordinate and communicate with various departments to follow up on activities and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Participate in the company's strategic planning and assist in the implementation of plans, providing insights where necessary.
Accompany the general manager to meetings, take minutes, and report on business activities.
Manage visiting guests and maintain a good corporate image for the company.
Translate documents and emails between Chinese and Vietnamese to ensure smooth communication.
Complete any additional tasks as assigned by the general manager.
Travel as required for business purposes.
Method: Onsite at District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
Working time: 9AM to 6PM from Monday-Friday

Yêu cầu
At least 4+ years of experience in E-commerce or retail operations.
3+ years of experience in operations, business development, or general management.
Leadership experience managing a team of 5+ people.
Skills:
Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Vietnamese and Chinese (both written and spoken).
Strong communication skills.
Other Preferences:
Experience in E-commerce or retail industry preferred.
Candidates under 30 years of age are preferred.
3+ years of experience in operations, business development, or general management.
