EHS Engineer

Laird Performance Material (A DuPont Business) is looking for a new team member to join our team as a full-time position located in Bac Ninh province.
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, implementing safety policies, conducting assessments, delivering training, investigating accidents, promoting sustainability efforts, staying up-to-date on regulations, analyzing performance metrics, and leading emergency response efforts.
Job Responsibilities: ​
Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to
* Provides EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) guidance to the site for implementing EHS programs and work processes.
* Develops and implements site auditing program, incident investigations and EHS annual review.
* Analyzes and evaluates EHS performance to develop improvement goals and plans.
* Ensures corporate governance, regulatory compliance and sustainability initiatives are met.
* Provides training and guidance to maintain a safe work culture and ensure skills are current.
* Coaches and guides individuals and teams on Safety and Health-related tasks and activities.
* Assists with ISO 14001 certification and develops procedures to reduce the risk of injury or damage.
* Maintains EHS management documents, supports injury and illness case management, manages regulatory reporting and networks with other EHS professionals to shape best practices and standards.
