EHS Executive

Conduct periodic internal EHS audits and supplier EHS audits according to
yearly audit program at all projects and branches within Malaysia.
➢ Validate and determine compliance with company's EHS policies and
procedures
➢ Prepare and update the audit findings according to audit procedure;
➢ Communicate findings to auditees and follow up the closure of findings
➢ Conduct routine safety observations to ensure compliance with regulatory
agencies, company environmental, health, and safety policies, procedures
and practices.
➢ Ensure and maintain updated EHS procedures, records and regulatory
reporting accurately and on timely manner; including but not limited to
present monthly statistic of overall Tialoc's Projects EHS performance.
➢ Maintain compliance with permits, government regulations and other industry
practices and keep abreast of any safety and Health & Environmental law or
regulation changes that impact the organization.
➢ Participate in meetings (as instructed by Sr. EHS Manager) to discuss
workplace or project's safety and regulatory concerns and opportunities.

➢ Answer employees and vendors queries or concerns on BCoC EHS
matters;
➢ To assist Project EHS Manager whenever external audits conducted.
➢ Conduct training for all existing and new employee on BCoC EHS yearly;
➢ Conduct training for vendors on BCoC EHS yearly;
➢ Maintain and control EHS Management System documentation including
document and records master lists, OSH legal registration and Other
Requirements Register, TRA(Task Risk Assessment) register
➢ Coordinate with BCoC document Controller for all activities related to the
Document Control procedure, including but not limited to update the changes of the EHS procedure upon valid request, notification all
employees about the change of procedures;
➢ Assist the team to accomplish the objectives of company's CSR program or
activities;
➢ Engage in continuous learning to enhance knowledge regarding EHS
legal's requirement, regulations, best practice and customer's requirement
in order to improve the effectiveness of company EHS management
system;
➢ To assist Sr. EHS Manager during new project's tender preparation.
➢ Play what role in EHS committee?
➢ Lead the EHS CSR program
