Main Tasks & Responsibilities /Các công việc chính
1. Production Safety Support
• Conduct daily on-site walk-throughs to check for 5S, PPE compliance, and basic safety hazards.
• Assist the EHS Leader in organizing safety trainings, emergency drills, and fire safety activities.
• Follow up on the status of safety corrective actions on the shop floor.
• Support the monitoring of contractor safety during on-site work.
2. Occupational Health & Environment
• Monitor and remind employees/contractors about proper PPE usage.
• Maintain and update employee health records and environmental documents.
• Assist in coordinating periodic environmental and occupational hazard testing.
• Support the collection, labeling, and storage of hazardous waste.
3. Documentation & Administration
• Maintain EHS documents (ISO 14001, 45001) and handle filling/distribution.
• Update data for monthly EHS reports and government website portals.
• Monthly and annual security report statistics and analysis
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the EHS Leader.
Yêu cầu
Education/ Học vấn
• Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environment, or an Engineering major.
Experience/ Kinh nghiệm
• At least 1-2 years of experience as a full-time EHS Officer within a manufacturing environment.
Soft skill/ Kỹ năng mềm
• English Proficiency: Good command of English
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and effective cross-functional coordination.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office automation tools.
• Attitude: Proactive "can-do" mindset with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
