Electrical Engineer - junior/senior

We are looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for performing site investigation, feasibility study report, technical analysis, design, calculation, rough cost estimation, review of design document and technical submission, and support all activities of the electrical engineering division from initiation to closure out of the project.
A Senior Electrical Engineer is a more experienced and seasoned professional who not only manages a team/consultants/contractor but also provides strategic guidance and mentorship to other electrical engineers.
A Senior Electrical Engineer is an individual who oversees the day-to-day operations of an electrical engineering team. They typically report to higher-level management and act as a bridge between the technical aspects of a project and the business goals it aims to achieve. Senior Electrical Engineers play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of projects. They are responsible for coordinating and prioritizing tasks, assigning resources, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. In addition to their sensorial responsibilities, they also provide technical guidance and support to their team members, helping them overcome challenges and find innovative solutions. Furthermore, Senior Electrical Engineers are adept at managing stakeholder expectations and maintaining effective communication channels between the engineering team and other departments within the organization. They serve as the point of contact for any technical inquiries or issues that may arise, and they work closely with product seniors, designers, and other stakeholders to align engineering efforts with the overall business objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Taking responsibility for all project aspects, reporting to the president of the company.
2. Report to and provide support to the Division Senior / Engineering Senior / Project Manager.
3. Collaborate with other members of the engineering and construction management team to perform successfully for assigned projects.
4. Responsible for conceptual design, basic design, detail design, and construction design of the entire electrical system.
5. Responsible for preparing for the entire electrical system including site investigations, feasibility study reports, performance and efficiency analysis, proposals, calculations, specifications, drawings, cost estimation, design reports, and other project deliverables.
6. Review the engineering drawings and relevant documents from sub-engineering consultants, design & build contractors, and others assigned by Division Manager / Engineering Manager / Project Manager.
7. Provide support for bidding preparation, tender clarifications, evaluations, and recommendations.
8.Attending project meetings with clients, sub-engineering consultants, construction supervision partners, and contractors if necessary.
9. Assist in business development activities, including proposal preparation and client presentations.
10. General knowledge and experience of energy conservation solutions related to Electrical, HVAC, and Utility systems is preferable.
