Design, develop, and optimize PCBA for humanoid robots, ensuring reliability, signal integrity, and power efficiency.
Develop schematics and layouts for motor drivers, sensor interfaces, power distribution, and communication modules.
Ensure EMI/EMC compliance and optimize PCB design for minimal interference.
Collaborate with mechanical, software, and embedded engineers to integrate electronic systems seamlessly.
Support prototyping, testing, and debugging of circuit boards to ensure functionality and performance.
Select appropriate components and materials, balancing performance, cost, and availability.
Document designs, revisions, and testing procedures for future reference and production.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in PCB design, preferably for robotics or embedded systems.
Proficiency in PCB design with Altium
Designer.
Strong understanding of signal integrity, power distribution, and noise reduction techniques.
Experience working with motor drivers, power management circuits, and microcontroller-based designs.
Familiarity with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, Ethernet, etc.).
Knowledge of thermal management techniques for PCB design.
Hands-on experience with PCB assembly, soldering, and testing.
Experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with humanoid or industrial robotics.
Knowledge of flex PCBs and rigid-flex designs.
Experience with compliance testing and certification (FCC, CE, UL, etc.).
