Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Electrical Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing, $1,153, ID 21572):
Lead, schedule, and supervise daily activities for the electrical maintenance team to maintain high operational performance.
Formulate comprehensive preventive maintenance strategies and monitor ongoing implementation schedules across production lines and facility infrastructure.
Oversee operational stability and technical conditions of company-wide electrical systems, machinery, and production equipment.
Direct hands-on troubleshooting and emergency response efforts to rapidly resolve electrical system disruptions during manufacturing operations.
Evaluate workflow progress, quality standards, and compliance levels for maintenance tasks executed by team members.
Partner with cross-functional departments to minimize downtime and ensure seamless production continuity.
Deliver detailed technical reports regarding machinery performance, maintenance updates, and operational challenges to senior executive management.
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or closely related technical disciplines.
Minimum 10 years of professional experience working with Siemens PLC systems, including PLC Siemens programming capabilities.
At least 5 years of leadership experience in an equivalent Electrical Maintenance Manager role.
Solid technical background in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting complex electrical systems in manufacturing plants and industrial facilities.
Excellent English communication skills across all 4 abilities (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) to work efficiently with foreign executive management.
Compensation & Benefits:
Overtime pay calculated in compliance with regulations based on insurance wage basis.
Full statutory social insurance coverage provided upon completion of the 2-month probation period.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday & 4 Saturday mornings per month.
Annual Leave: 12 days per year.
