Bachelor's degree in
Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or closely related technical disciplines.
At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on technical experience in electrical engineering with direct focus on ICT & FCT program development.
In-depth understanding of electronic circuit layouts and PCB/PCBA architecture.
Strong logical reasoning, systematic troubleshooting capability, and structured technical reporting skills.
Language Proficiency: Functional English capability for technical reporting, writing daily corporate emails, and interviewing/conversing with international teams. Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is an added advantage.
Willingness and flexibility to travel frequently for short-term or multi-day assignments at client factory locations.
