* Working Location: Mong Duong, Cam Pha, Quang Ninh



Main Responsibilities:



1. Conduct inspection, maintenance, cleaning, and testing of generators, exciters, motors, transformers, switchgears, power control centers, panel boards, station batteries, elevators and other plant equipment and components to maintain a reliable and safe plant operation.

2. Analyze, troubleshoot, and recover electrical faults and abnormalities in electrical system and equipment and conduct test on repaired equipment for their reliable and safe operation

3. Prepare for the job and survey working conditions

4. Follow Permit to Work (PTW) procedure, ensures that correct Risk Assessments are carried out for all works under his responsibility.

5. Supervise contractors and suppliers as instructed

6. Record and input data on CMMS system

7. Giving feedback, information, recommendations, and observations to management Make and update SOP

8. Coordinate and assists, on an as needed basis, other teams at AES/ Mong Duong

9. Undertake installation of additional electrical projects and initiate improvements of the existing ones based on standards electrical code, and /or manufacturer's recommendation.

10. Be responsible for the area in charge to make sure equipment in safe, good and reliable conditions

11. May perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Is expected to work irregular hours and duties when needed or instructed.

12. Actively participate in the Plant Wide meetings, Safety Meetings and trainings

13. Strictly complies with corporate governance and principles, such as but not limited to Housekeeping, Safety, Environmental, and Code of Conduct and Discipline and adhere to AES core values.

14. Employee's expectations and results will be measured on his ability to achieve goals, initiatives, and expectations as set forth and agreed upon between the employee and their Team Leader.

15. Ensures adherence to company rules and regulations and actively participate in company sponsored programs.
